Project: Tesco Express Stores
Location: Various London Locations; Stratford Olympic Park, Clerkenwell, Chalk Farm and many more.

This collaboration with Fit Out UK saw the completion of 25+ fitouts for Tesco Express Stores in and around Central London.
Joining forces with Fit Out UK allowed Nexus Fitout to successfully refurbish new and existing stores as the subcontractor. Nexus was responsible for packages including:
Flooring: The programme included laying the latex floor to the entire shop floor as well as floor covering to all sales and BOH areas.
Internal and External Decorations: We handled the installation of fascia and projecting signs to the external as well as new sections of shop front and auto doors. Our responsibility also included the installation of new window vinyls, frostings, store directory, manifestations and legal signage.
Electrical Works: We successfully executed the installation of all electrical works to ensure compliance with safety standards and carried out the installation of the new fire alarm system in accordance with regulations as per the new store layouts and commissioned CCTV and intruder alarm systems.
Plumbing: Our expert teams fixed new kitchens inc. worktop, sink and taps to the colleague areas and complete sanitary fixtures allowing for efficient water supply.
