Soho meets LA

This Michelin Star restaurant boasts a bright yet intimate setting on the famous Dean Street, Soho.

Nexus Fitout lead the major refurbishment in late 2023, expanding the seating capacity to include a private basement dining room and ground floor arrangements extending to a new 32 covers as well as a famous chefs table.

The collaboration with the prestigious Soho Estates involved a complete fitout and expansion across the two levels both holding full commercial kitchens.
Nexus successfully delivered the project with complete packages including:  

• Flooring: Existing flooring was removed and new engineered timber flooring was layed to patrons area. BOH flooring was striped and new slip resistant vinyl flooring was placed to make for safe working environments. 

• Structural work: Nexus undertook the creation of a reconfigured staircase granting access to the new basement dining and bar area. Collaborating with engineering experts allowed us to safely reinforce the structural components of existing and surround floors and walls to expand the restaurant.  

• Electrical works: A complete electrical package was delivered including new wiring and supply. Successful supply and installation of AC equipment serving the basement including refrigerant pipework, containment and condensate drainage and condensers.  

• Plumbing: Removal of existing domestic boiler; supply and installation of 1 commercial boiler. Removal of existing services; relocation of existing pump; Connection of ground and basement kitchen services.
