Project: Crudo

Location: Covent Garden

Programme: 4 weeks

We were approached by a new Client who was dissatisfied with the fit-out work done by a previous Contractor for their restaurant in the vibrant area of Seven Dials. Recognising the need for a complete overhaul, our team at Nexus GRP embarked on the challenging task of rectifying the existing issues and starting the project afresh.

Our foremost responsibility was to remove the substandard joinery and flooring, ensuring a clean slate to work with. With the goal of delivering an exceptional end result, we collaborated closely with the architect and Client throughout the process. Together, we value-engineered the fit-out, carefully balancing cost considerations without compromising on the quality and aesthetic appeal.

To transform the restaurant into a welcoming and visually stunning space, our dedicated team undertook a range of tasks. We crafted bespoke joinery pieces, tailored to the Client's specifications. In the front-of-house area, we installed feature tiling, creating a focal point that added character and charm to the overall design.

The comprehensive decoration work we carried out extended to all areas of the restaurant. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, our skilled craftsmen meticulously painted and finished every surface, ensuring a seamless and visually pleasing outcome. In addition, we handled the electrical works, ensuring optimal lighting and functionality both in the front-of-house and kitchen areas.

Throughout the project, we maintained open lines of communication with the Client, architect, and other stakeholders involved. This collaborative approach allowed us to address any concerns, incorporate feedback, and make informed decisions, ultimately resulting in a successful outcome.
