Project: CHICKEN SHOP

Location: Various London locations; Soho, Islington, Baker Street.

We were contracted by a Main Contractor to undertake a comprehensive fit-out project for a new fast-food restaurant chain in prime central London locations. Our scope of works encompassed various essential packages, including:

• Joinery works: This involved drylining, banquette seating installation, and the installation of bespoke panelling to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional requirements.

• Flooring: We handled multiple flooring aspects, including tiling, timber and commercial-grade flooring, ensuring durable and visually appealing surfaces.

• Internal and external decorations: Our team was responsible for enhancing the interior and exterior spaces of the restaurants, ensuring a cohesive and attractive visual presentation.

• Dry-lining: We meticulously installed drylining systems to create smooth walls and ceilings, providing structural integrity and a seamless finish.

• Electrical Works: We successfully executed the electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and providing optimal functionality for lighting, power outlets, and other electrical components.

• Plumbing: Our team expertly handled the plumbing installations, ensuring efficient water supply, drainage, and proper functioning of sanitary fixtures.
